History

sals.a has been conceived and developed by KFPD GmbH.

KFPD was founded by experienced risk management, derivative and capital market financiers to provide training and consultancy in these fields. During this period KFPD worked with leading financial institutions and corporate clients in Europe, Asia and other regions.

This extensive experience with financial institutions and markets combined with understanding the pressures and needs of finance managers shaped the sals.a vision – to create an affordable, web-based platform for financial planning and risk management.

Developed over several years and launched in 2008, sals.a has already enjoyed great success, helping CFO’s, Bankers and Advisors identify and quantify risk in a timely manner, analyse problems, support decisions then actively manage on a dynamic basis.

Today sals.a has clients across the SME corporate, public sector and financial institution segments in Germany, Finland and many other European markets.
