Lauri Karp

Lauri Karp

Managing Director, KFPD GmbH

Prior to founding KFPD, Lauri worked for a DAX listed company, a leading global bank and as Partner of a prominent consulting firm. During his career Lauri has gained experience in a broad range of financial products and advised numerous enterprises and banks in Europe, North America, Russia and Asia.

Margo Karp

Margo Karp

CEO of KFP Development (KFPD GmbH's software development arm)

Prior to founding KFPD, Margo was Partner of a prominent consulting firm and provided advisory to numerous companies, banks and investment houses in Europe, North America, Russia and Asia. Margo began his career in the risk management department of a large Scandinavian bank and has many years of experience in risk management and derivatives.

Neil Mathieson

Neil Mathieson

UK and English speaking markets (ex NA)

Prior to joining KFPD, Neil ran his own financial and risk advisory business. Neil began his career at Royal Bank of Scotland where he was responsible for funding, hedging and liquidity solutions in the UK SME market. Neil then moved to ABN AMRO where he was responsible for funding, hedging and advisory to UK multinational clients.

Greg Murray

Greg Murray

North America

Prior to joining KFPD, Greg worked at a leading derivatives analytics software firm based in Vancouver, Canada. Greg began his career as a commodity derivatives trader in New York, and then moved to London to trade bond and equity derivatives. He has had a broad exposure to financial products across all major asset classes and has many years of practical experience managing risks of derivative portfolios.

Norman Winterling

Norman Winterling

Managing Director of Finspira GmbH (KFPD GmbH's advisory arm)

Prior to joining KFPD, Norman spent ten years working as an advisor in the capital markets. As Director of a German investment bank he was responsible for the structuring, negotiation and execution of financing for medium and large size companies in the public and private placement markets. Latterly Norman was responsible for debt origination and client relationships in Brazilian markets.
